You may have noticed some changes in how we respond to your calls and queries. In order to make access more equitable regardless of whether you contact us by phone, by online query or in person, we have introduced a new system, ‘Modern General Practice’ for dealing with your query that has been supported by NHS England.

Our Patient Care Team will assist you by phone, online, or if you walk in. In order to navigate your care effectively, you must provide as much information as possible to our Patient Care Team. Our Patient Care Team are trained to offer you the right service at the right time. You may be offered an appointment with the community pharmacist, a physiotherapist, or other if more appropriate for your request. On 29th January 2024, we sent a text message to all patients promoting our online consultation service, AccuRx. AccuRx can be used to send a query or request to our Patient Care Team, and we will endeavour to respond to you via text. Medical queries are open on AccuRx during practice opening hours, and admin queries (such as fit notes, test results and repeat prescriptions) can be submitted 24/7.
