Leeds City Medical Practice does not provide a comprehensive travel assessment. We provide basic information and administer only the vaccines below:
- Hepatitis A (Adult & Child)
- Typhoid
- Tetanus, Diptheria & Polio Combined
To book in for your travel vaccinations please contact the surgery on 0113 467 7500 at least 8 weeks prior to your date of travel.
