COPD Annual Review 1st Reminder
Your COPD annual review is now due.
COPD can cause: more frequent lung infections, increased breathlessness, decreased physical activity and problems sleeping. It is therefore important for you to attend for annual reviews with the nurse so they can help to try and prevent you developing future problems as a consequence of your COPD.
If you do not already have an appointment for a COPD review, please can you contact the reception to book an annual COPD review appointment with the nurse.
If you do not attend for your review the GP may decide to stop prescribing your medications, as it may not be safe to continue doing so without the recommended monitoring reviews.
